Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Tradeify, you agree to these terms and to any additional policies or contracts that apply to the features you use.

Using Tradeify

• You must provide accurate account and business information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the content you create, approve, and send through the platform.
• Tradeify is a software service for bookings, quotes, invoices, CRM, and job evidence. It is not a payment processor, escrow service, or merchant of record.

Access packages and payments

• Tradeify offers a 30-day free trial. No payment details are required to start a trial. If you do not buy access after the trial, you will not be charged.
• Tradeify sells fixed-duration access packages. Each purchase is a one-time payment that provides the stated access period, currently 30 days where applicable.
• Access packages do not renew automatically. Tradeify will not automatically charge you for another access period or make an automatic recurring debit.
• You may manually buy another access period through Settings → Plan & Payments. Access ends when the purchased period expires unless another period is purchased; your data is retained.
• Refunds are considered for duplicate charges, incorrect charges, and failure to provide paid access. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy at tradeify.app/refunds-and-cancellations for full details.
• Prices and plan inclusions may change. We will give reasonable advance notice before a price increase takes effect.
• Payments are processed by the payment provider available for your billing country. Its terms and fees also apply.
• Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights you have under the South African Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Tradeify to violate law, infringe intellectual property, send spam, or upload malicious content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, or access another customer account or data.
• Do not misuse customer information or send customer-facing material without your own review and approval.

Your data and content

• You keep ownership of the content you add to Tradeify, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.
• You grant Tradeify a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to upload files, logos, photos, and customer data.

Service changes and termination

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal compliance reasons.
• Where practical, we will try to preserve access to your data or help you export it after termination.

Warranty and liability

Tradeify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for losses caused by your own business decisions, third-party services, or misuse of the platform, except where the law requires otherwise.
