Do customers need an app to scan the QR code?
No. The QR code opens a standard web page — any phone camera will work. The customer sees service history, warranty status, and a booking CTA. No login required.
How do the maintenance reminders work?
You set a service interval on the asset (e.g. every 12 months). Tradeify checks daily and sends a branded email to the customer when the service date is approaching. You just confirm the booking when they reply.
